Landlord Support Services offers assistance with all steps of your residential property management, including advertising, walk-throughs, employment verifications, reference checks, credit checks, criminal checks, prior eviction checks, rent collections, minor repairs, rental agreements/leases, preparation and posting of 3/30/60/90 day notices, and 24-hour emergency contact. We perform periodic drive-bys, and handle your properties as if they were our own. Our company contracts with licensed contractors for any needed repairs on your properties, with your prior approval. Computer-generated activity log reports are provided and e-mailed to you for quick references.
