We are dedicated to providing property owners with the best in property management. Landlord Support Services offers assistance with all steps of your residential property management, including advertising, walk-throughs, employment verifications, reference checks, credit checks, criminal checks, prior eviction checks, rent collections, minor repairs, rental agreements/leases, preparation and posting of 3/30/60/90 day notices, and 24-hour emergency contact. We perform periodic drive-bys, and handle your properties as if they were our own. Our company contracts with licensed contractors for any needed repairs on your properties, with your prior approval. Computer-generated activity log reports are provided and e-mailed to you for quick references. In addition, we are registered Unlawful Detainer Assistants and Certified Process Servers for Tehama County.
Landlord Support Services provides tenants with the most comfortable and desirable residences available on a month-to-month or lease basis within Tehama County.
