The process of completing an application requires the application to be competed entirely, and signed by each proposed adult tenant, a current photo ID, verification of your income, current pay stub, AFDC, Disability or Social Security income records, co-signers’ information (if one is required), and proof of vaccination of any proposed pets.
In order to hold a property for a potential tenant, a holding deposit must be supplied. Generally, ½ of the requested Security Deposit will be sufficient.
In many cases, the property owner will be making the final decision on your application. Landlord Support Services gathers the information, verifies it, and then contacts the owner for final approval.
For properties which allow pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee due at the time of move-in.
